Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us: first and last name, email address, phone number, information about the vehicle concerned and the content of your message.

The site has no member area, no advertising cookies and no automated profiling.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote, a financing simulation or request insurance offers, and to follow up the business relationship.

For insurance requests, processing is based on your explicit consent, collected via the checkbox on the form. For other exchanges, it is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Sharing with our partners

When you request insurance offers, the necessary information is passed on to our insurance partners (Generali, Vaudoise, Allianz) so that they can prepare a proposal. For financing or leasing, it may be passed on to our banking partners; for a warranty, to Quality1.

These transfers only take place with your agreement and to the extent necessary. We never sell your data.

WhatsApp messaging

The form prepares a message that you send from your own WhatsApp account. Delivery of the message is then subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy, for which we are not responsible. You can also write to us directly at contact@ayjet.ch.

Retention period

Data relating to a request that does not proceed is kept for as long as necessary to process it, then deleted. Data relating to a transaction is retained in accordance with the legal and accounting obligations applicable in Switzerland.

Security

The site is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to received messages is limited to the people handling your file.

Your rights

In accordance with the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise your rights: contact@ayjet.ch. You may also refer the matter to the competent data protection authority.

Updates

This policy may be adapted as our services or the legal framework evolve. The version published on this page is authoritative.
